BOTM is currently being conducted under a new
system -- aka: BOTM version 3.

the full details of this version can be found
on the BOTM board under the STICKY.

in short, there are no public nominations...
but rather a selected group of individuals
on the BOTM cabinet which are given a particular
segment of HB to review boards for nomination.

each month there will be between 8 - 10 nominated
boards: one from each cabinet member from each
of the selected categories they are given (this
is predetermined).

your board was nominated from a particular
cabinet member from their group of HB categories.

the voting process has also changed so that
a board is no longer judged against how many
votes it receives, but what 'position' it
receives via the votes of the cabinet members.

all of these actions are no longer displayed
on the public BOTM board, due mainly to the
fact that BOTM v. 3 is still in its BETA session
and we wish to avoid all possible negativity
that may be generated within the public eye.

i have taken great steps to ensure that the
newest BOTM process is COMPLETELY fair and more
diplomatic...
and perhaps one day, this process will be seen
on the public board.

i hope this helps some confusion...
and while i understand that BOTM is now almost
completely foreign (in that its no longer a
public matter)... it is still going strong
and i hope it will become what it was meant to be.

it is through strong communities such as this
that makes it a definite pleasure to be apart
of BOTM and hostboard on the whole.
